- Arrange for a certified pre approval from qualified mortgage company.
- Find and locate the right house for your needs, area and price range.
- Pick an agent that can negotiate the best possible price and terms in your best interests at all times.
- Completed contract for purchase signed and all parties receive copy.
- Agent delivers contracts to their office.
- Home inspection is planned.
- You the, buyer, must work with your mortgage broker to ensure financing.
- Obtain copy of deed,tittle and surveys to forward to your attorney.
- Meet house inspector, Well, Septic, Termite, Electrical, HAVC, and Pluming Inspectors for home inspection and assist you in finding qualified inspectors.
- Keep constant communication with Mortgage Company and attorney for mortgage commitment date on time.
- Deliver if necessary any important papers from attorneys and bank fax statements.
- Confirm with Attorneys Closing date, time and place.
- Transfer of all Utilities Gas,Electric,Water/sewer & Cable.
- See that all the co inspections ordered including fire and carbon monoxide.
- See that all inspections are completed and passed.
- Check with attorney's and Mortgage company for final Funds needed at closing.
- Meet with agent for final showing of the property.
